Online bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Cox Estate Appraisals shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Cox Estate Appraisals will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. 3. Cox Estate Appraisals reserves the right to withdraw, add, or re-catalog items in this auction. Cox Estate Appraisals also reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. 4. Items/lots are to be paid in full prior to removal from auction site. Bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks or disallow a sight draft and is responsible for any expenses due to collection of a bad check. In the event of a bad check the Auctioneer reserves the right to repossess, at any time, at your location, the merchandise involved. As always a bid is a contract and will be treated as such. 5. Such costs will be assessed to the card on file and are non-refundable.
