She was an adamant dairy farmer and a very talented painter. Her love for Nature, Cattle, and the land was always portrayed through her art work and gorgeous paintings. Her personal property is up for auction with full proceeds to benefit the Boonsboro Ambulance Service and Boonsboro Fire Company. -- Ford 1920 loader tractor, optional cab, spare bucket, and implements to include a 2 row plow, discs, brush hog, and spin spreader. Very nice horse drawn 2 row John Deere Corn Planter, Steel Wheel wagon frame, belt driven Buck saw, fuel tank and other small farm equipment. Milkeeper 200 gallon Self contained milk tank, various milk Cans, older dairy equipment & supplies. Large Chicken brooder, crates, and water/feeders. Small Cadet Wood Chipper, push mowers, garden tiller, long handled tools. -- Housewares, Cast iron skillets, Pyrex, fire king, small appliances, Televisions, Printers, sewing & embroidery machines. Furniture includes a nice Curio display cabinet, Cedar Chests, Drop leaf tables, Antique Secretary desk, dressers, and shelving. Plenty of books to choose from! Hardback & soft cover novels, most in Prestine condition stored in totes. -- Vintage Tin Winding Toys, Heartland Horses, porcelain dolls, Campbell Soup Dolls, & romance comics. Local Boonsboro History pieces, Boonsboro High School yearbooks, advertising pieces, old Farm advertisements & papers. The most Gorgeous of quilts with intricate detailing. All hand knotted and hand sewn. Most were well preserved in cedar blanket chests. Very nice selection of Jewelry - Gold necklaces, rings, earrings. Sterling silver pieces and some costume jewelry. -- Last but not Least, the end of a legacy of Esther’s beautiful paintings. Most notable are the many dairy Cattle scenes, but also nature portraits, birds, bald eagles, flowers, and more. This was definitely a fun one for us to Catalog! Auction Terms & Conditions: All items are sold AS IS, Where is. Items are described as accurate as possible but customer preview is strongly advised. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. By placing a bid, customer acknowledges that they have examined the item to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the lot. All lots are subject to pay state sales tax. All purchases are also subject to a buyer's premium in the amount of ten percent of the purchase price. The buyer's premium is in effect to cover Auction company's credit card processing fees. Only valid credit cards are accepted. A one dollar hold will be placed on card at time of registration for auction. This hold is to validate the card and will be removed at the close of the auction. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to remove purchased lots during the designated Pick-Up times. Failure to remove purchased items before the 6pm cut off will result in a forfeit of purchases. If you can not make the pickup window, you must contact the auction company with alternative arrangements BEFORE 6PM ON THE PICK UP DAY. Please bring boxes for loose items & help for removal of furniture. Shipping is available at the buyer's expense. All shipping orders will inquire a $5 Handling Fee. Failure to pay shipping costs withing 7 days of auction close will result in forfeit of purchases. SHIPPING WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE UPS STORE or BY THE AUCTION COMPANY. We can ship small items USPS if preferred but WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER SHIPPING TIMES! There have been major delays with our shippers in the past and we have no control over the items once they leave our shop! We reserve the right to remove, suspend, and/or reopen the auction in the event of a system failure. Lots will begin closing 7 pm est. Lots will close using a soft closure method. This mean if a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of closing, the bidding will be automatically extended for a two minute time period.

Payment is credit card only. Credit Cards will be validated at time of registration. A one dollar hold will be placed on cards at time of registration and will be removed after auction closes. A ten percent buyers premium will be added to purchases as well as Maryland sales tax.

A skidloader will be on site for loading the farm equipment. No alternative Pick-up days are available unless prior arrangments have been made with the auction Company. Thanks!
