Acceptance of Terms: Buyers registering for and using bid number card and or absentee/phone bid form agree to the following Terms of Sale:

This is a STAGGERED CLOSING. This means the auction will begin to close at 4pm with 20 seconds between each lot. The closing time of each lot will be extended automatically an additional 2 minutes when there is active bidding.
Clicking LIVE CATALOG will allow you to follow along as lots close.

PAYMENT: The Credit Card on file will automatically be billed after of the auction closes.
* All buyers will be charged 15% buyers premium regardless of payment type. New York State residents will pay 8.0% NYS sales tax for Monroe County. If you are tax exempt you must send us a copy of your resale certificate PRIOR to auction closing, once the auction closes we cannot refund sales tax.
PICK UP: Please be aware of pick up days and pick up at those times, we need items removed during these times as we set up the next auction.
**You will be emailed Tuesday following the auction from 9:30am-5 pm to schedule a date and time for pickup
All other items left will be shipped to buyers at their expense

** If you are tax exempt you MUST notify us prior to the close of the auction, along with a copy of the form, if not you will be charged tax. We cannot remove tax once the card has been processed.
Everything is sold AS IS. WHERE IS. All Sales are Final- No Returns.
Photographs are provided as ample opportunity for buyers to thoroughly inspect goods to be sold. All purchases should be made on the buyer's own recognizance. All persons bidding in absentee who have not physically inspected the goods prior to the sale are also subjected to these terms. All lots are sold "As is". There are no warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Seller and consigners make no guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity of the merchandise, the correctness of the catalog, nor shall any description (oral or written) of condition, size, quality, rarity, importance or provenance be deemed a guarantee.
* Condition is listed with obvious flaws, All items are considered USED even if packaging appears to be original
Buyer's Premium:
All sales are subject to a Buyer's Premium; reference to the buyer's premium is made in auction advertisements, flyers and catalogs. Buyer's premium will be a stated percentage and must be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price.

*NO CANCELLATIONS You agree to all terms & conditions when registering and placing all bids. It is the buyer responsibility to pick up or set up shipments.
* SHIPPING:
Each lot carries a $25.00 handling charge PER LOT
You will be emailed a link from Shipping Saint and Broom Clean Estate Services. You are asked to choose "Shipping" or "Pick up." If you select shipping, your items will be moved to our shipping area. You will receive another notification when the items are packed. You will receive a text and email again with the shipping cost to be paid with your label as well as a tracking number. Once paid your package will be sent. Please be patient. We have many packages to send out along with scheduling in person pickups, however we try our best to send your purchase to you as soon as possible.
Costs to buyers for shipping is based on USPS or UPS and the above handling charge.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are willing to ship any items through USPS Priority mail or UPS. The cost of shipping and insurance will be charged to the buyer's credit card.
