These are the terms & conditions of a Baker Estate Sale Online Auction:
All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed.
Bidder inspection is encouraged.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
Buyer's premium rate charged.
We are not responsible nor reliable for accidents.
We accept cash and the card that you register with. (Must authenticate CC to participate in our online auctions).
All sales are as-is and final. No returns. No refunds.
We can help load large items sometimes, but it is best if you bring your own help.
Please be respectful by not blocking any driveways, mailboxes, or streets on preview or pickup days.
The only available days and times for pickups are the ones listed on the auction. If you do not pick up your items during the listed day(s) and times, then you forfeit your items and will not receive a refund.
If you require shipping, you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with it, along with telling us that you will need shipping before the end of the last pickup day. If you do not notify us of your shipping needs before the end of the pickup times, your items will no longer be available to you, and you will not receive a refund.
If you request shipping, you give Baker Estate Sales the right to have one of our local shipping services--typically Rapid Ship Republic--package and ship your items, and you agree to pay for all expenses associated with that process. No refunds if shipping ends up costing more than you were expecting. You also agree that Baker Estate Sales is not responsible for any damage to the items that may occur due to shipping. In the case of damaged items, you are responsible for dealing with the shipping company yourself.
