Description	We Do Liquidations 111 Rhodes St. Conroe, TX 77301 (go to the back of the building through the double chainlink fence gate) Most of these items are Amazon returns and overstock. Most items we get are returns many are new and undelivered. We do get used items as well. We get truckloads break down the pallets and pass on the savings to our customers. We list what we see if the item can be easily plugged in we will plug it in and test that it powers on, it will be noted in each lot if we tested it and it did power on or not. We are usually only making visual observations of what we see in the box. Some items may have scuffs, scratches, dents, etc., and/or be missing parts. You are encouraged to "preview" any item(s) before the auction begins BY APPOINTMENT ONLY by calling or texting Brad at 303-437-4616 All items are sold "AS-IS" with no warranty or refunds.

If you win an item(s) and you can not make it during our pickup days and times you MUST contact us! If you do not contact us by the end of our last pick-up time for this auction, we will consider the item(s) abandoned and you will have forfeited said item(s) with NO recourse. We will charge your credit card on file and you agree to not file a "chargeback". We Do Liquidations has the right to resell, donate, or dispose of these items as we see fit. 4. If you are a reseller and have a "Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate", we MUST have a current certificate on file or we will charge you sales tax. 5. If we have misrepresented or made a mistake when listing an item ie; put the wrong lot number with the wrong item, please let us know, and we will make it right.
