12V DC-powered electric drive with independent auger and spinner motors.

While we have done our best to capture and market the lots as accurately as possible, all lots are sold as is, where is, with no guarantee or warranty. Auctioneer is not responsible for typos, misrepresentations, or undisclosed damage or mechanical problems. Auctioneer does not represent that units are in road worthy or drivable condition. All sales are final, no returns or adjustments will be made. Bidder is responsible to pick up all purchases. The Auctioneers, sellers, or any member of their staff make no guarantee as to the authenticity, of any particular age, year of manufacture, model, make, mileage, hours, condition, or defect of any lot or item being sold. Bidders are encouraged to make their own physical inspection and rely solely on that inspection before bidding. Failure to inspect does not negate that Bidders responsibility to perform under the auction terms and conditions. Verification of any and all emission related equipment is the sole responsibility of the Bidder. Seller does not accept responsibility for the failure of any vehicle sold, or the failure of a vehicle to meet safety standards or emissions control equipment regulations as set by any Federal, State, or local agency. Auctioneer does not warrant or represent that vehicles currently meet or can be modified to meet local emissions and/or safety requirements. Auctioneer does not guarantee the existence or functionality of any emission related equipment. It is the express responsibility of the Buyer to comply with any safety or emission control equipment requirements prior to using any vehicle purchased. In the event Buyers jurisdiction does not allow for the purchase or utilization of any vehicle or equipment purchase, buyer agrees to purchase the vehicle or equipment for parts only.
Bidders are welcome to view and inspect lots in person prior to the close of the auction. Please contact us to schedule a time.
Payment in full is required within 3 business days of final invoice. At Auctioneer’s sole discretion, Auctioneer reserves the right to charge Bidders credit card on file with HiBid for the entire or partial invoice amount after the auction is complete. All credit card payments will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee on top of the invoice total. For any amounts not paid via credit card, Buyer may submit payment via , Cashiers check, Bank wire, or cash. Payments via wire transfer must state buyers name and lot details in the payment. Wire transfer payments will incur a $15 fee.
Lots must be paid in full 3 business days prior to pickup. Lots must be picked up within 30 days of auction close. Buyer or Buyers transporter must present Auctioneer with a copy of the Auction Invoice and photo ID in order to pick up auction purchases. Auctioneer will not be responsible for any purchases picked up or stolen by unauthorized third parties. Items will be available for pickup by appointment Monday – Thursday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Auctioneer will endeavor to accommodate other pickup needs and times, but cannot guarantee other time accommodations.
Auctioneer reserves the right to re-sell lots not paid in full within 3 business days of sending final invoice. Lots not picked up within 30 days will incur a daily storage fee of $30 per day. Lots not picked up within 120 days will be considered abandoned. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell all abandoned merchandise without any credit to buyer for any payments made towards the purchase. The title of such Property shall revert to the Seller without further notice to the High Bidder and will result in the forfeiture of any monies paid. Auctioneer reserves the right to receiving payment in full prior to releasing purchases to Buyers.
Sales tax of 6% will be applicable on all purchases, unless Auctioneer deems buyer tax exempt.
Buyers premium of 2.9% will be added to final cost of all lots.
All applicable units (Trucks, RV’s, trailers, etc) are sold with Michigan title. Vehicle sale paperwork will be completed through a licensed Michigan auto dealer. Title and ownership will be transferred via bill of sale as title only transactions. Buyer responsible to transport purchases. 6% sales tax will be charged on final sale price, including the 2.9% buyers premium, unless Auctioneer deems buyer tax exempt.
Buyer is responsible to provide buyer info, and sign sale paperwork, prior to receiving title. Forms will be sent for signature via email for online signature. Buyer agrees to sign the bill of sale, Michigan buyers guide, and any other relevant forms. Title will be mailed out within 7 business days of; payment in full, and completed and signed buyers documents.
Auctioneer does not take responsibility for any damage or theft after the auction closes. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to pick up and insure all purchases immediately after auction close.
Unless noted as “absolute”, all auctions are with reserve in place, and/or subject to seller approval.
Auctioneer assumes no responsibility for any missing or incorrect listing information. All information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Item descriptions and listings are subject to be changed, updated, or cancelled at any time without notice. All bidders agree that his or her own decision to bid and the amount he or she bids have been based solely on his or her own independent inspection and evaluation of the items.
This is not a retail purchase, and all units are sold as-is, where-is without any warranties whatsoever, where express, implied or statutory. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use, purpose, and direction.
This auction features a two minute soft close. If any bid is placed within the last two minutes, auction will extend for another two minutes.
In the event that there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Auctioneer reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Amtal Auctions, LLC shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel this auction, edit a lots media or description, or remove any item/lot from this auction prior to the close of bidding.
Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. An accepted bid is a legal binding contract. Bidder assumes all risk of loss or damage to the item at the end of the auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell any property that is not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup date/dates. In any such event, the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase, and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting for the resale of the property.
Auctioneer reserves the right to: (i) declare an item sold, (ii) postpone or cancel the Auction, (iii) extend the bidding time for this Auction (which may re-open bidding on closed items, if any), (iv) waive any technical defects in bids and/or, (v) re-list the Property for auction at another date and time. The decision of Auctioneer on this matter shall be final. Bidder acknowledges that by registering in any auction held by Auction company, Bidder accepts the Terms and Conditions of this disclaimer. Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the Seller and the Buyer.
Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Amtal Auctions, LLC and its agents, owners, employees and its representatives from any and all claims, damages or suits including but not limited to awards, judgments, costs, fees, etc
The identity of all bidders will be verified. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidder's registration if there is any question as to the person's credentials.
Bidder responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential, as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. When using the web site you must obey any and all local state and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of web site use privileges. Auction company employees and/or Auction Company may bid on auction.
Each party hereby knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally waives (to the extent permitted by applicable law) any right it may have to a trial by jury of any dispute arising under or relating to this agreement and agrees that any such dispute shall be tried before a judge sitting without a jury.
By submitting a bid in the name of a business entity or corporation, the individual submitting the bid enters into a guaranty agreement whereby he or she personally guarantees payment to Auctioneer of any bid amount not paid when due by the business entity or corporation, for any reason, together with all collection expenses incurred to enforce collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
If, for any reason, Auctioneer is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect to any purchase at time of pickup, the sole liability of Auctioneer if any, shall be the return of any paid monies in respect of such purchase upon its return by purchaser to Auctioneers place of business.
By bidding on any item, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
Payment must be made 3 business days before item(s) are removed or picked up.
If payment has not been received within 3 business days of receipt of invoice, it will be considered in default. Upon default, the bidder may be black listed/blocked from bidding on any of Auctioneers future auctions. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified bidder at the discretion of Auctioneer.
The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Auctioneer in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a late fee of the lesser of (a) 0.0006 (0.06%) compounded daily, or (b) the highest rate of interest permitted in the state of Michigan for similar obligations will be added to any unpaid balance due to Auctioneer. Any dispute will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Warren, MI.
It is the High Bidder's responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable Federal, State, local, and multi-jurisdictional laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to the registration, licensing, handling, possession, transportation, transfer, export, processing, manufacture, sale, use, or disposal of the Property purchased in the acution.
Buyers are solely responsible for picking up and transporting all purchases, without any assistance from Auctioneer.
