50"H x 28"W x 20 1/2"D. Gorgeous wooden antique slant top writing desk with carved wood embellishments, green felt writing pad, and removable top shelf. Slant top opens to reveal 1 drawer and storage space, removable shelf also features 2 side drawers. Upper shelf features a loss/is in need of repair, piece is included. Scuffs, scratches, and other general wear consistent with age and use throughout.

By bidding on this auction, you agree to the following terms: REMOVAL / PICK UP: Please review the pick-up schedule before bidding to ensure you are available to retrieve your items. Any items not picked up during the specified pick-up times will be considered abandoned and become the property of Loon Estates to be disposed of at their discretion. We are unable to provide boxes, bubble wrap, or other packing materials for your items. Please bring your own materials to ensure the safe transport of your items. FURNITURE & LARGE ITEMS: Winning bidders are responsible for removal and loading of their items. Loon Estates staff are not able to help load or move large items. Bidders are responsible for bringing adequate help to safely remove their items. DISCLOSURE: We do our best to provide accurate pictures and descriptions of items, however all items are sold strictly ‘as is / where is’ - No Warranties; written, verbal, implied, or otherwise. No refunds, credits, or discounts are offered. – Inspecting items before bidding is recommended. - Pick-Up Day is NOT Inspection Day- Photographs are considered part of the item description, please use all information provided to you to assess the value of items before bidding. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 19% buyer’s premium will with be charged to the winning bidder of each lot. Sales tax applies to the buyer’s premium amount. SALES TAX: All applicable taxes will be applied to every sale. Completed tax exemption forms can be provided to Loon Estates in person at pick-up, or via email to info@loonestates.com. PAYMENTS: Loon Estates accepts all major credit cards, cash, and wire transfers for payment. Direct wire transfers are required on invoices over $5000. A valid credit card is required to bid. Unpaid invoices at the end of the designated pickup window will be charged to their credit card on file. Any items not picked up within 7 days of auction close will be considered abandoned and become the property of Loon Estates to be disposed of at their discretion. SHIPPING: Loon Estates is not equipped to do shipping in house at this time. We work closely with several local UPS stores. They make regular stops at our warehouse to pick up, pack, and ship items. Shipping costs are handled via a separate transaction with the shipper. Loon Estates is not responsible for damage to items once they are released to a shipper.
