By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that you have chosen not to personally examine item. If you have a resale tax certificate for the year 2024, please present this to Hickory Hill Auctions and we will not charge you tax. Once the auction closes, you will receive an invoice of your winning bids including buyers premium and sales tax, sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted as form of payment with valid picture ID when you pick up your items. ALL BUYERS PURCHASING FARM EQUIPMENT MUST WAIT FOR CHECK TO CLEAR BANK BEFORE TAKING POSSESSION OF PURCHASES. All items will be picked up by the winning bidders at 7128 E US Highway 90 in Lee, Florida on Monday January 29th and Tuesday January 30th from 1pm to 6pm each day. Bring help to load your small items but someone will be onsite with a loader to assist in loading of farm equipment. Two pick up days will be available after the auction and listed in the auction details. If you are unable to attend either of the two pick up days, please contact us and schedule a time.
