2. YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY should you be the winning bidder.
3. A 12% buyers premium will be added to all items purchased via online auction.
4. The card used to register will be charged at the end of the auction.
6. All sales are final! NO REFUNDS , NO EXCHANGES
7. Highland Wholesale is not responsible for any missed bids from any source, due to any online Bidding problems.
8. In NO event Shall Highland Wholesale be held liable for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability on any items, or errors or omissions in the description of the items.
9. All announcements made prior to the closing of auction will take precedence over any verbal or written statements.
10. If winning items are not picked up and paid for by the winning bidder you will automatically forfeit your right to bid on any other Highland Wholesale auctions Again.
11. If buyer does not make prior arrangements before the scheduled pick-up day and does not call or show up Highland Wholesale has the right to charge the card on file to collect the owed balance for won items, and the items can be resold.
12. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or fees. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL
13. If buyer needs items Shipped Buyer is responsible for reaching out to Highland Wholesale to confirm shipping address and make payment of items won, Buyer is responsible for ALL Shipping and Handling Fees.
14. Highland Wholesale reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
15. All bidders must be 18 Years of Age or older.
