Bidding A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agree to be bound by them. In the event of non-payment during posted pickup days, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding invoice balance to the credit card you provided upon registration. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges. Authenticity Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc. Buyers Premium We charge a 15% buyers premium. Payment/Pickup Invoice payment is due on published pickup date. If you are unable to pick up your items on the posted day, you may reschedule pickup for a $15 fee. We will close for the Holidays after Tuesday the 19th so any late pickups must be made by then. We will not hold items if invoice remains unpaid. Items not picked up will be considered forfeited and will be re-auctioned. Texas state and local taxes are applied. Please provide Resale/Tax exempt certificate if required. Shipping: Auction invoice is due on posted pickup day. You will receive a separate invoice for the shipping within a few days following auction once rate has been calculated. Shipping is handled in-house. In addition to the postage cost, a MINIMUM $5 handling fee will apply to all packages and additional charges will apply as appropriate for labor and materials needed to package items. All packages require insurance, and packages valued over $150 will require signature confirmation. We ship via UPS and USPS.
