15% Total Buyers Premium. Payments accepted are Credit card through invoice, or Cash, Check or MO at Pick up. Cards may be charged up to 4 days after auction end. No item(s) shall be removed until payment has been received, if you do not pay for your items, you will be banned from our auctions and we may pursue legal action against you. If bidder/buyer is outside Ohio we will prepare for shipping, please allow time for pack and preparation of items. Shipping admin fee is determined by parcel amounts, weights, dimensions. No fee less than 15.00 per invoice plus cost of shipping. If within Ohio and requesting shipping please contact Sam Kready prior to auction end at kreadyauctions@gmail.com. Check lot availability for shipping. No Shipping of furniture or large items. All items must be removed at time of pick up. Any items not picked up will become the property of Kready Auctions and will handle items at their discretion. Kready Auctions and Associates will not be held liable for any item being bid on. Preview of items can be provided by contacting us. Bidders/Buyers are bound to winning bids and are expected to pay. Kready Auctions will make every effort to describe all items offered however all items are "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" and it is the bidders responsibility to determine condition of each item. Kready Auctions makes no guarantees, warranties, or implies in regard to the items being offered. Returns or refunds will not be accepted or offered under any circumstance. Shipping items is a service we provide and buyers have the opportunity to ask for insurance on any purchase, once the package leaves our facility we are not held liable for damaged or lost packages. Buyer must contact their parcel delivery provider for any problems. Tracking will be provided upon request. No bid retractions permitted while bidding with Kready Auctions.
Kready Auctions does not restrict its employees or officers from taking part in any auction where permissable. Kready auctions reserves the right to remove any lots. For the winning bidder of the Savage Arms: Buyer must be a resident of Ohio, and be at least 18 years of age and be legally permitted to purchase firearms. A copy of your Drivers License will be required.
