An 18% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all buyers. Payment for all purchases must be made in full within 24 hours of the sale. Accepted forms of payment are Wire Transfer and Credit Card.
PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Wire Transfers.
Follow procedures when you register as a bidder.
If you are the winning bidder, and your purchases total $3,000.00 or less, your credit card will be automatically charged in full at the close of the auction.
NOTE: PURCHASES OVER $10,000.00 MUST BE MADE BY WIRE TRANSFER!
Removal
THERE IS NO FORKLIFT ON SITE. BUYER'S WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HIRING RIGGERS IF NEEDED FOR REMOVAL. SEE REMOVAL TERMS.
PAINT BOOTH- BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR CAPPING THE EXHAUST AT THE ROOF. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING THE FIRE SUPPRESSION PROFESSIONALLY REMOVED AND RECHARGED.
AIR FILTERS- AIR FILTERS ARE HUNG ROUGHLY 12' OFF THE FLOOR.
Removal shall be at the buyer's expense.
Should equipment be needed to remove your purchases, the operator of the equipment must provide a $1,000,000 Certificate of Insurance naming Norman J. Gallivan, Inc. and ALT Construction prior to operating on site.
Electric disconnects can be taken to the first junction box. Electrical disconnections require a Certificate of Insurance.
Duct work is to be taken to first joint. the remaining duct will be sold with air dust collector.
Any item that has an exhaust duct, or any item that leaves an open hole on the building upon removal must be properly capped.
Everything sells “As Is/Where Is”. Descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify the condition, authenticity and description of any item prior to bidding. Once the auctioneer says “Sold,” the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise. Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. The purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. If Purchaser fails to pay for their items, they agree to pay the difference in price if the item or items are resold. All bids and payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD). No refunds for lost or stolen items will be made. Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material. Advertised items may be subject to prior sale.
