Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This may occur in the event of website interuption, connectivity issues or any other technical difficulties. We will be sure to contact any and all bidders to keep them updated in the case of an auction pause or cancelation. SPECIAL AUCTION NOTICE - There will be only a single day pick up scheduled for this auction on Friday January 19th from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. There will be no pick up times scheduled for Thursday due to a prior company commitment. By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms, conditions, policies, and notices of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. All items in this auction can be shipped however due to some state laws some knives may not be able to be shipped to your state. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the knives you bid on can legally be shipped to you. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday January 19th, 20243 at 6:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction and 6% MI sales tax unless you show proper documentation that you have a valid MI sales tax license for resale. All invoices must be paid during this time without exception. If payment is not made by the end of scheduled pick up time your credit card on file will be charged for the full invoice amount including all fees. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the knives you bid on can legally be shipped to you. If we are unable to ship your items you are still responsible to pay in full for the items you have winning bids on. Items that are shipped must fit in USPS Priority Mail boxes or standard mail boxes and envelopes. We will do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping costs are actual shipping cost + $7.50 for small and medium boxes and + $10.00 for large boxes (there may be additional added fees for larger orders that require more materials to ship safely.) Insurance costs will be automatically added for orders over $50.00 unless buyer declines by email, verbal message or signed letter. Shipments will only be sent out to verified credit card billing addresses unless pre-approval has been made by Auctioneer.
