This Auction will begin to close on January 10 at 7pm CST. This auction consists of new in-box, overstock, customer returns, and slightly used to used items. We have a variety of items ranging from electronics, toys, home decor, household goods and appliances, etc. The condition of the items will be noted in each listing and all customer returns and used items are tested for functionality.
Terms and Conditions – By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 11% buyer's premium and state sales tax. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice. HiBid gives you the option to store multiple cards in your profile. When registering for each auction you can select the card you would like charged after registering for the auction. If you would like to pay for your items in cash instead of your card, please let us know before the end of the auction, otherwise, your card will be automatically charged. Pickups and Shipping: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety. Once the auction has completed, you will receive a copy of an invoice as a winning bidder. We have 3 days for pickups for each auction: Thursday and Friday from 10am-4pm, and Saturday from 12pm-4pm, We are closed on Sundays. Under no circumstances will we be issuing a refund for abandoned lots, if you do not contact us on or before the listed pickup times. Shipping: Shipping is NOT offered on our items at this time. Pickups: We are not responsible for the removal of items. We will assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. We cannot assist you in strapping down or securing your items. Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory that is sent to us. We do our best to inspect and test products for functionality. Each lot will include the condition of the item, whether it is new, used, damaged, etc. Returns and Refunds: We try our best to inspect each and every item, however, it is possible that we may miss an important detail during inspection. We provide a 3-day return policy after pickup on all items In the event of misrepresentation or manufacture defects. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for.
