The first of two high quality auctions for an Estate consisting of signed and numbered furniture pieces, vintage Carls Forslund wood furniture, Eames style chairs, antique frames and oil paintings, and a large number of cast bronze sculpture, notably by Old West Artist Frederic Remington.

PAYMENTS: - There is an 13% buyer's premium that is paid on item price and hammer. 3% discount for Cash, check, or Venmo. - All purchases will be automatically charged at 8 a.m. the day after auction closes with your card on file at HiBid. There is a 3% discount by paying with cash/check. - Payment must be made in full before items are picked up. - All items are subject to 7% Indiana sales tax. All in-house shipping is done by Evansville Estate Emporium and our staff. We have been shipping items for nearly 20 years and will professionally pack items to the best of our abilities. However, no guarantee will be made on how the item arrives to you. We will only ship items at the Bidder's expense that are small enough to be shipped in a 16 x 14 x 12 box. There is a minimum handling charge of $10 per auction, or $6 per package added to cost of postage. If you wish to have oversize, delicate, framed art, table lamps, or other items we cannot ship in house, it is the BUYER'S RESPONSIBLITY TO CONTACT AND ARRANGE for packing and shipping with a third party shipper for processing. A $25 delivery fee will be charged for drop offs to the Third Party Shipper to compensate for our time and expenses. Shipping cost are the sole responsiblity of the Buyer. Shipping and handling charges will be charged upon completion of packing with the credit card on file with HiBid. Please realize shipping rates are higher than they ever have been. Again, we have no control over how long it take the package to travel once it leaves our hands. We take credit cards, debit cards, cash, and check. (3% discount for cash or check.) If you are a vendor you may use your store credit for purchases. We charge 7% sales tax. There is a 13% buyers premium.
Pickups will be Friday 1/26/24 and Saturday 1/27/24. . 5918 Jeffery Lane off Pollack Ave in Newburgh IN, near Angel Mounds. YOU MUST SCHEDULE YOUR PICKUP TIME. Please do not come other than your scheduled time. Parking and access is very limited. No one is allowed in the house. You will have to wait if you do not come at your time. We can work with you if you purchase a large amount, or need a different time. If you purchase a few small items, we can transport them to our storefront location at 1732 W Franklin St, Evansville IN for pickup the next week. You must let us know this option. NO LARGE ITEMS WILL BE TRANSPORTED. THE HOUSE HAS BEEN SOLD, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PICK UP YOUR ITEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
