6. The auctioneer is in full control of the auction and reserves the right to settle any dispute between bidders. Bid increments are at the discretion of the auctioneer.
7. Personnel working this auction cannot load items until they have a paid receipt in hand.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALL FIREARM SALES AT OUR FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSED FACILITY ARE AS FOLLOWS:
All documentation and background checks will be in effect for this and all auctions or sales of firearms. All sales are final.
To complete the Firearms Transaction Record ATF Form 4473, you must present your identification (establish identity, place of residence, physical address, and buyer age.) Examples: Texas State Driver’s License or other Valid Government Issued Identification that will fulfill the requirements.
Texas License to Carry Hand Gun license holder is exempt from the background check though they are required to complete Form 4473 and have LTC & Driver’s License on hand.
Because we sell the estate and or used firearms, the buyer agrees to have any weapon checked by a certified gunsmith before firing. The buyer will assume all legality, liability, and responsibility for the purchased firearm’s condition, use & security/storage. Buyer certifies by purchasing a gun that they are legally qualified to buy and own the firearm and that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership. The owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents. The buyer understands that all guns/weapons are potentially dangerous if handled or stored improperly.
We have no established testing facility. Therefore, we assume no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold.
PAYMENTS
1. We accept cash, checks, cashier's checks, wire transfers, and credit cards.
2. Any Wire Transfers must be completed and funds transferred in full by FRIDAY, JANUARY 19, 2024.
3. Credit card payments will have an additional 3.49% convenience fee added to your invoice.
4. All HiBid customers will be automatically charged for their purchases within 24 hours of the auction with the credit card they registered with, unless you email or call us with another form of payment.
5. Check payments require a credit card on file to serve as a backup form of payment or a letter of guarantee from your bank. A hold of funds will be placed on credit card until your check clears.
BUYER PREMIUMS
1. THERE IS A BUYER PREMIUM OF 12% ADDED TO THE HAMMER PRICE FOR EACH ITEM PURCHASED. IT IS CAPPED AT $2000.00. Capped example: If the Hammer price $15,000 the buyers premium will be $1,800. If the hammer price is $20,000, the buyers premium will be $2000.
LOADING
1. As a rule, if our forklift can't lift the item you purchased, then we can't load the item. REMEMBER to send buyers invoice (receipt) with your drivers.
2. If item is offsite, special arrangements for loading might be required.
3. Deadline for removal is TUESDAY, JANUARY 23, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. Special appointments have to be made after that. We understand that if you are four or 500 miles away that you may need more time to line up a truck on this larger items such as LARGE EQUIPMENT. 30 DAYS IS ABSOLUTELY THE LIMIT ON LARGE EQUIPMENT.
