Failure to do so within 10 days will result in items being considered abandoned without reimbursement. 2. Shipping Costs: -We offer the convenience of fixed shipping costs for your acquisitions: -Rifles: $20.00 each -Ammunition Lots: $15.00 per lot -Pistols: $15.00 per item 3. Secure Payment and Billing: -We prioritize secure billing through the Proxibid APN system. -A 4.25% Convenience Fee will be added to all Credit Card payments. -Credit Cards on file will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction. -Sales Taxes will be calculated by our system and applied if required by your jurisdiction. 4. Nonpayment Consequences: -Buyers who fail to complete payment will be reported to Proxibid and will be ineligible to participate in future auctions. 5. Compliance and Background Checks: -We strictly adhere to ATF Requirements for all firearm sales. -As a licensed FFL Dealer, we will perform necessary background checks and paperwork in compliance with the law. -Firearms can only be shipped to other FFL Dealers without exceptions. -Bidders uncertain about passing background checks are advised not to bid, as no reimbursement will be provided in such cases.
