Restaurant equipment liquidation online auction here in Provo, Utah. Auction closes Tuesday, January 16th at 6pm. Pick up day is Wednesday, January 17th from 12pm-6pm. There is only one day for pick up. Auction includes great equipment and furniture. Including a Norlake walk in fridge and freezer, a True beverage refridgerator, Hi speed ovens, drink bubblers, booths, hot tables, and much more. Bidding is now open!
TERMS OF SALE All items must be paid for in full within 24 hours of winning bid. Everything is sold "as is" with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall solely rely on their inspection and information. All items are sold as pictured and/or described. Please see all pictures and descriptions before bidding. Bidder is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. When you become the winning bidder you have created a contract and will be expected to pay for the items. Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel are in the best interest of the client. Collusion will not be tolerated. It is unlawful to agree not to bid against another buyer, punishable by fines and imprisonment. 10% Buyers premium on all items. Purchaser will pay legal state sales tax unless exemption requirements are met. Payment will be made on site, cash or credit card is accepted. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% transaction fee. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged after the close of the last pick up day unless other payment arrangments have been made prior. Items that are picked up after the pick up day are charged an additional fee to cover all extra costs. BE AWARE THAT NEARLY ALL AUCTIONS ARE NOT ABLE TO HOLD ITEMS PAST THE GIVEN PICK UP DAY(S). Loading is the responsibility of the buyer. If items appears heavy, it is highly advised to bring help. We do our best to "guard" the items, once the items are won by the bidder they are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any damages to persons or vehicles that personnel or won items may cause. Buyer assumes all liability of items won for any kind of injuries or damages. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their items are properly moved, stored, and tied down. All bidders agree to hold harmless and indemnify Generational Sales, the auctioneer, and the owner(s) of auction goods and property of any and all claims. Buyer agrees to pick up items in a timely manner or their items will be auctioned off again unless prior arrangements are made and agreed upon. If shipping or delivery arrangements are made the buyer is responsible for paying for all shipping fees, packaging, and handling. Once the item is shipped it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure proper delivery. If insurance is wanted, it is the responsibity of the buyer to pay for the shipping insurance. Any items requiring a professional moving service is at the expense of the buyer. Buyer may need to disassemble larger equipment, see auction details for more info. Items containing reserves that have not been met will be up to the discretion of the seller whether they will accept the highest bid or not. We are not responsible for any technical issues, we reserve the right to rerun or extend the sell for any reason at our discretion. Invoices are emailed out immediately following the close of the auction. If you have not received your invoice please check your junk folder or give us a call. By registering for our auctions you agree to receive email notifications of current and future auctions and/or promotions. We take pride in providing great items to our customers. The majority of our items are used goods. We do our best to ensure any items that may have damage or a malfunction is further clarified in the pictures OR the descriptions. We work hard to ensure each item works as it should. Authenticity and genuity of brands, precious metals, or any other collectible items is never guaranteed. It is the RESPONSIBILITY of the BIDDER to ensure the item they are bidding on is in satisfactory condition.
