Pre-bidding opens Wednesday, January 3, 2024. Auction closes Wednesday, January 10, 2024, beginning at 7pm EST.
Pickup is one day only, Sunday, January 14, 2024, from 11am until 3pm EST only. No Shipping.
Register for this auction on HiBid with your credit card to verify your information. To verify, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00 USD, but that charge will drop off.
Your verified credit card is NOT automatically charged for your purchase. Payment is in person at the pickup on Sunday January 14, 2024 with credit card, debit card or cash.
Or, Etransfer payment to timothy@timothyestatesales.com can be sent by midnight EST Saturday January 13, 2024 but not in person.
There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases.
Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up on the scheduled pickup day. Shipping is not available.
All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with no warranties. All sales are final. Please examine the photos and read the descriptions carefully. Buyers agree and accept that items may have undetected flaws, issues or damage, lots may not be precisely as pictured and/or described, and may not be suitable for intended purposes. By exiting the pickup location buyers agree that they have and accept the items that they purchased.

Auctioneer has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without repercussion to the auctioneer.
Buyers with a negative history may be denied the ability to bid.
Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions will result in a permanent ban.
