EPW - Unsigned Swiss, quarter-hour repeater, 54mm, gunmetal OF original case, white enamel SS dial, SW-SS, lever escapement, 15J, gilt mvt, s#69036 within case. Comes as pictured with a leather display box with cutout window and stand. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, repeat function inconsistent with strike that is often 10 minutes off from correct strike but at times is more erratic in its error, good repeat tone, overhaul needed for corrected repeat function, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, very slight haziness to plates, fine scratches to larger winding wheel; dial with few scattered hls, fine scratch at 1:30; excellent hands; case rear does not snap shut and stays partially open, case shows light wear, soldered repair visible to right side of cuvette hinge, some marring to pendant and to bezel at lip, fine scratch to bezel at 7, dent to lower rear shoulder above hinge, some finish loss to rear, opened case rear falls closed freely with gravity; bow pivots freely, crown shows light wear; plastic crystal with scattered fine scratches. Box in excellent condition, exterior with few tears with most around perimeter, lid does not sit flush when fully closed leaving a thin gap around perimeter, good button latch function; interior with areas of mild staining.
