1. Pickup & preview location & Time

Pickup & preview Time:
Weekdays: 11 am to 7 pm (expect holidays); weekend 1pm to 4 pm.
You have 7 days to pickup your item after the auction ends. If you are unable to pick up within 7 days, please send us an email to info@liquidationmaxinc.com, we can hold the item for additional time with cost. Otherwise, all orders will be considered abandoned and re-enter to our auction. Please inspect your items before leaving the store, make sure you have all your items correctly. We are not responsible for any missing items after the pickup is done. If issues are found, please inform us onsite immediately.
London & Chatham transfer pickup is available for free. Please reply to the invoice you receive if you wish to pickup in London or Chatham. Please note that we only accept payment via E-transfer for London & Chatham transfer.
A copy of the invoice (both digital or hard copy is accepted) and a piece of ID is required upon pickup.
2. Our shipping policy: base shipping cost is $20 plus HST. We use UPS regular shipping, with tracking number available for each shipment. We highly encourage customers to purchase insurance and signature if the item is at high value. Liquidation Max Inc will not be held responsible if the package is lost or damaged during transportation. Insurance and signature will be additional cost based on UPS rate. All shipment will only be shipped to the billing address, no alternative address is allowed.
3. Our return policy: All items are sold as is, where is. Unless the item we sold does not match with our description and photo, no return will be accepted. We do not take returns on items that have "as is”, "not inspected" or "used" in the title. You cannot return item due to buyer remorse or because something does not fit if we listed correctly. Please keep in mind that buyer premium & handling fee will not be returned.
Genaral T&C
1. 16% buyer premium and HST will be applied to every invoices. $3 handling fee will be added for each item.
2. Bid cancelations are not accepted.
3. Bidding starts to close every Sunday at 1pm, soft close in effect.
4. All registered bidders are held personally liable and financially responsible for all bids placed with their respective "Bidding Number". By virtue of you accepting Liquidation Max Inc's Terms and Conditions of Sale, you are agreeing to pay the bid amount, handling fee, in addition to the Buyer's Premium and Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST"), within the timeline dictated by the Auctioneer.
5. We encourage you to leave your max bid to make sure you win as the highest bidder, and you may won it for less than your max bid if no competition, Setting a Max bid can help you win auction items. This is a system where you decide the maximum amount of money you want to spend on an item. Enter that into the auction website and the system will automatically raise your bid in increments every time someone outbids you.
7- We offer free London & Chatham pickup for our valued customers. If you require pickup in either London or Chatham, simply reply to the email you receive and let us know in which location do you want to pickup your order. Transfer will arrive at your desired location in the following week.
8- All sales are subject to the seller’s approval. All items have reserve price, if reserve price is not met, item will not be sold.
9- Bidders must sign on their invoice upon pickup. By signing your name, you agree that all your items have been checked carefully onsite, with no missing/ damaged or incorrect listed items. Liquidation Max will not be held responsible for any issues after the signature is signed.
10- Liquidation Max Inc. will not be liable or responsible for damage or injury to individuals or their property. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and save Liquidation Max Inc., the Seller, and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage, or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Liquidation Max Inc., or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction.
11- All invoices need be paid via E-transfer or Wire transfer only, we do not accept any other form of payment.

Shipping is available upon request. Base shipping cost will be $20, insurance is extra. All shipment will be handled by UPS with tracking number, with option of signature and insurance. All paid invoices will be shipped within 5 business days.
Taxes and buyer Premium () will be charged on all invoices.
Buyer premium and handling fee are non-refundable. Payment needs to be made within 24 hours after the auction ends.
Most Jewelry photographs are taken for illustration purposes only in different angles for better visualization and understanding for the clients. We do not photoshop or enhance the photos in any other way.
. Certificates are to identify gems & precious metal. The appraised value is the opinion of the appraiser By participating in the auction, you agree to all terms & conditions, shipping & refund policy. We encourage you to come to the store for the preview before auction starts. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
