*PAYMENT TERMS: We will accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery. Cash will be accepted ONLY on Sunday JAN 14, 2024. Your credit card on file will be charged at the end of business day Sunday JAN 15,, 2024, if in person payment has not been made by 3:00pm CST.
All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL. Once you have placed a Bid, your Bid can not be retracted. Bidding on any lot without the intent to pay all charges is deemed fraudulent. The buyer is responsible for checking all merchandise prior to leaving the property. -NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS ONCE AN ITEM LEAVES THE AUCTION PROPERTY.
Gran-E LLC reserves the right to remove any item(s) from a sale at any time for any reason.

SHIPPING: If you require shipping, please email erica@gran-e.com no later than 3pm on Sunday JAN 14, 2024 with confirmation of address to send item(s). Once we know the shipping cost, we will add the shipping and handling charges to your invoice and run the card provided during registration. Please note, this step can take 3-5 business days.
We will ship as many items as possible in one box. Your invoice will be charged the shipping rate AT COST + (PLUS) $5.00 PER ITEM for packing supplies and handling. Please note an item that does not qualify for shipping will be noted. We will do our best to pack items to limit as much breakage as possible. If a buyer opts for shipping, the buyer assumes responsibility of working with FedEx, USPS, or UPS in the event damage was done in transit. Gran-E LLC will not be responsible for, or play a mediator role, in the case damages are done during transit.
Items not picked up at the designated location within 14 calendar days will be forfeited and put back into inventory for resale. We have limited space and cannot hold sold items any longer than 14 calendar days. Possible suspension of bidding rights may occur at management's discretion if items are not picked up on designated days. There will be NO Refunds for the items left past 14 days. The buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner.
After closing of the last item, the buyer will receive an informational email with pick up/shipping instructions, dates, times, with an invoice attached. This informational email will be sent at any time after the last item is sold and prior to doors opening for pick up. It is possible this informational email may be sent between the hours of 9pm - 8am. By bidding on any item in this auction, you agree to receive emails during these hours.
Indemnification: Buyer shall indemnify Gran-E LLC against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. The buyer will not hold Gran-E LLC, its owners, affiliates or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
Governing Law: The laws of the state of Texas govern this agreement. All lawsuits must be filed in Ellis County.
