This will be our last of the year listed and first of the year pick up! We have been blessed with a new location in Florence CO have as a storefront as well as permanent auction pick up spot, details to be added by next week . We will have a big back store room to use for shipping to all of our out of town customers. This auction represents some of the best items that we pulled out of our last Estate Sale in Salida. Check it out, we saved the best for this auction!
All bidders must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid drivers license or id. By registering, you agree to abide by all T&C put hereforth, and stated in individual auctions. There is a 5% buyers premium on this auction. We held out as long as we could, but have to add this small fee to stay in business. Sales Tax will be collected it is 7.9% in Fremont County, Colorado unless we have a valid resale sales tax exemption form on file. It is your responsibility to mail one in or provide at time of pick up. All items will be described to the best of our knowledge. It is up to you as a bidder to carefully look at the pictures and read descriptions prior to bidding! All items are sold as is, where is with no express warranty implied. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay or pick up. We expect you to honor your commitment/bid out of respect to our company. FOR LOCAL BIDDERS: If we cannot contact you or have not heard from you in 5 business days after the auction closes we will charge your hi'bid credit card on file and hold the item for you for up to 2 weeks. After such time, we will retain property of the items and dispose of them at our discretion. PLEASE make sure your mailing addresses and contact information are correct in HIBID!!! FOR OUR OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMERS THAT REQUIRE MAILING: We can only charge your card on file ONE TIME so we need a few days to get the shipping included and then will send out invoices with the shipping for a ONE TIME CHARGE. PU will be in FLORENCE, COLORADO from now on at our new location on Main Street. It will be even more important to note the correct pickup times so get with us prior to bidding if you cannot pick up at the posted times so we can make arrangements. Thanks!! Pick up times for this auction will be Friday/Saturday January 12th and 13th from 10am til 2pm That's a three hour window both days, please pick up your items. Shipping is offered on all lots. Cost will be actual postate plus $3 charge. UPS and USPS will be the primary shipping carriers.
