With that said, You may not retract a bid that has been acknowledged by Auctioneer or that has been submitted online. You agree not to withdraw or to attempt to withdraw any bid tendered by you. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void a sale, suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction.
Payment is expected within 48 hours from the end of the auction. ALL NON PAY customers will be reported to the auctioneer community and banned from bidding in future auctions. ALL sales and ALL bids are final. ALL items are sold as is, where is. Meaning our descriptions are believed to be accurate. The auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed, written or implied.
We have pictured and described each item to the best of our abilities. Final sales prices are determined through Public Auction, with competitive Online Bidding. All auctions in the United States are considered to with reserve unless they are advertised as absolute, this auction is not absolute, and some pieces may be sold with reserve. The auction company reserves the right to bid on behalf of the reserve price.

Checkout Date/Time:
There will be no in-person payments or pick ups accepted. Payment is expected within 24 hours of each auction. If we have NOT received payment within 24 hours we automatically charge the credit card you selected at registration.
All items are shipped.
Buyer’s Premium: 12% buyer’s premium will be charged on top of the hammer price of each item purchased. All items shipped within California will be additionally charged 7.75% sales tax.
Payment Options: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We accept credit card payments up to $2,500. Orders over $2,500 can be paid for by wire transfer.
Shipping & Handling:
We are a 100% shipping auction! No item will be shipped until the invoice is paid in full. All items will be shipped within 7 business days from the time items have been paid for and funds have cleared. We will only be shipping to the verified shipping address that you registered with. Please note that the credit card that you place on file is the credit card that will be billed, and the address you provide is the shipping address where your items will be shipped. The auction software uses a credit card verification system that validates credit cards and matching addresses, the ship to addresses cannot be changed. NO EXCEPTIONS! Unfortunately, high fraud has prompted this rule to be in place. If an item gets shipped to the “wrong address” meaning an address that is NOT listed when registered, you are responsible! That risk is not on Gem State. With that said, please keep your registered information up to date.
Shipping & Handling Fees will be included on your invoice. We can offer combined shipping. We will ship with USPS, UPS & FedEx.
Shipping rates will vary per item and will be invoiced after auction based on size, weight & insurance.
