A second billing will be made after items are shipped to include the actual postage plus handling fee (our handling fee is $60/hour - we never charge for materials). Please bring anything needed to remove your items. Labor, boxes, etc. If you or a representative for you can not make the pick up-Please do not bid. This is the Pick up day. Clocks are delicate and will be taken to PakMail in Fort Wayne Indiana. Buyers of Grandfather clocks should make arrangements to have those picked up by professional clock people. DELINQUENT PAYMENT - The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 4% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser’s failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Dekalb County, Indiana. MISSED BIDS - Internet bidding is provided as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Littlejohn Auctions if the Internet service fails during auction. FIREARM TRANSACTIONS will be handled by Auburn Arms at a charge of $25.00. payable to Auburn Arms by the buyer. All State and federal laws apply. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of any gun laws that apply. Do not bid if you can NOT legally own a firearm as we will not refund your money. Any Shipping will be handled Dealer FFL to Dealer FFL thru Auburn Arms. PROPERTY CONDITION - All property is sold “AS IS”, and all sales are final.
