This sale is being conducted both online and in person at The Glass Tomato, Adrian, MO. Each item will be sold to the highest bidder. A buyer's premium for online bidding will be assessed in the amount of 4%, plus a 3% charge for the use of a credit or debit card to both online and in person bidders. Descriptions of each item on auction day will take precedence over any other information previously provided. All items that are not marked as shipped must be picked up within 7 calendar days of the close, or, they will become the property of Auction 103. There will be two charges for online bidder's. One charge will be for the payment of the item sold, while the second charge will be for shipping and handling charges. Should credit or debit cards be declined for the shipping and handling charges, Auction 103 will attempt to contact the bidder two times. If no contact is made within 7 days of the auction close, the item will become the property of Auction 103. In house bidder's may use Cash, Check or Charge to purchase their won items. There will be a 3% fee assessed for the use of credit or debit cards. Auction 103 is not responsible for any accidents on site during the day of the sale.
