BIDDER PAYMENT - All accounts will be settled at the conclusion of the auction.
NEW payment procedure beginning 12/14/2021: Due to a recent influx of fraudulent credit card behavior, Littlejohn Auctions requires a wire transfer payment on all vehicles with a total invoice over $5000. Winning bidder will receive wire transfer information with their invoice email. Winning Bidder will receive title approximately 5-10 business days after payment is fully processed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, any taxes. A second billing will be made after items are shipped to include the actual postage plus handling fee (our handling fee is $60/hour - we never charge for materials). A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. PLEASE NOTE, A $25 service fee will be charged to all accounts where the credit card on file is declined and a telephone call or other communication by our department is necessary to collect payment.

By appointment. (watch for sign by road). Winning bidders should check the front page of the auction and Statement Email for the Sign up Link to select Pick Up Time Appointments. You Must sign up for an appointment. Please bring anything needed to remove your items. Labor, boxes, etc. The Pontiac G6 and the Suzuki buyers should plan to pick up Friday 1/12/24 @ 10 AM. They are on blocks or blocked in and will not be able to get out safely on Jan 11 pick up night. If you or a representative for you can not make the pick up-Please do not bid. These are the pick up days.
DELINQUENT PAYMENT - The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 4% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser’s failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Dekalb County, Indiana.
MISSED BIDS - Internet bidding is provided as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Littlejohn Auctions if the Internet service fails during auction.
FIREARM TRANSACTIONS will be handled by Auburn Arms at a charge of $25.00. payable to Auburn Arms by the buyer. All State and federal laws apply. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of any gun laws that apply. Do not bid if you can NOT legally own a firearm as we will not refund your money. Any Shipping will be handled Dealer FFL to Dealer FFL thru Auburn Arms.
PROPERTY CONDITION - All property is sold “AS IS”, and all sales are final. Property is open to public inspection by appointment. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTIONS - Littlejohn Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Littlejohn Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
