Lots being sold are property of the seller until buyer has picked items up & or shipped. All items must be paid for before picked up or shipped. If an item can not be found at pickup or packing for shipping buyer does not have to pay for it and has no claim against seller or Auction Company. If items being shipped and is damaged or lost buyer will make claims with shipping company and buyer has no claims against seller or Auction company

This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 5pm, The first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. This goes for all lots, as long as someone has bid it puts 3 more minutes on the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding.
Settlement of all invoices must take place at the close of the online auction. If picking items up on the pick-up days the buyer can pay at time of pickup. If items being shipped or other pick up day settlement must be made by credit card at close of auction. If buyer is unknown to auction company and paying by check, the auction company can request for buyer to have bank send a bank letter of guaranteed funds. Please contact auctioneer before bidding if paying by check and unknown to auction company. Auction company has right to hold purchases until check clears bank.
For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures
Seller(s) have right to reject final bid on there items; Sellers have the right to bid on thier own Items;

ANY ITEM NOT PAID FOR WITH 48 HOURS WILL BE RESOLD AND ANY LOSE TO SELLER, BUYER WILL BE RESPONISBLE FOR THE DIFFERENCE
