In preparation to sell our former Irvington Location we have to get it empty! This will be the final auction at that property. Selling it all to the walls! Shelving units, office supplies, heaters, cabinets, displays, reseller lots, housewares, jewelry, popcorn machines, and so much more!
1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties. Assume all items are untested unless they specifically state they are tested. 2) there will be no preview for this auction. 3) No Shipping for this auction. 4) Please plan on picking up items during the designated pick up time. 5) Pick ups will be at Big Reds 3611 Irvington Rd Irvington VA Friday December 22nd from 1pm-4pm. You may come anytime during the pick up day. 6) This auction will use Currency Pay which will automatically charge your credit card after the auction for any won items. If you would like to pay with cash or check at pick up please contact Brad before the auction ends. 7) Sales Tax applies please make sure your tax ID number is on file if you are exempt. 8) Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns Happy Bidding and Have Fun! 9) The buyer premium for this auction is 15%. Pick up will be at Big Reds in Irvington. Buyers are responsible for unhooking, and removing all items safely from the property. Buyers must bring all tools, supplies, boxes, and help needed to do so. Shipping is available in-house on items that fit in a USPS Flat rate boxes for $5 plus actual shipping cost with insurance. Items that do not fit in a flat rate box must have shipping coordinated with a third party and picked up during the designated pick up time.
