**PLEASE READ ALL** Craig Auctions LLC sells both new and used items. Items that are consigned to us to sell for the owner are listed and with the any and all information about that item that is provided to us. We pass this information along in the description of the item. The information provided is taken by Craig Auctions as being accurate and truthful. It is not the responsibility of the auction company to inspect, verify, nor correct any information on the condition of the items. It is the responsibility of the potential buyer to examine the item(s) in person BEFORE bidding either during the set preview time as stated or by satisfaction of reviewing of the pictures posted. All items are sold AS-IS WHERE-IS without any implied nor expressed warranty or guarantee. By placing a bid the bidder signifies that they have examined the item to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine it. By placing a bid you are entering into contract that if you are the high bidder you will honor your bid by paying for the item. If the payment has not been made within 48 hours of the closing of the auction, Craig Auctions reserves the right to charge the card for unpaid items. If the amount due is not able to be processed we reserve the right to make a decision as to pursue a course of legal action in accordance to law. All items left after 7 days of closing will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangement has been made. We reserve the right to dispose of the items in our choosing to best fit the auction company's course Some items may include a stock photo to represent the items identifying features. A retail price may also be included in the item description as a base reference. It is the bidders responsibility to do their own research of the item for any price differences. A 10% Buyers Premium will automatically be added to each bidder's invoice as well as applicable tax. If you have a valid tax exemption permit and wish for it to be applied to your account it must be emailed to craigauctionsllc@gmail.com before the ending of the auction. Shipping is available but not on all lots. Shipping fees will be paid by the buyer and to include a $15 material and handling fee. Invoiced items MUST be paid first and then a shipping invoice will be sent. ALL SHIPPED FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO YOUR LOCAL FFL DEALER You will be asked to provide their contact information to verify acceptance. An additional $25 FIREARM TRANSFER FEE with be included with your shipping invoice. Craig Auctions is not responsible for the physical transfer to buyer through the FFL Dealer if issues arise during physical transfer once shipment has been made. We reserve the right to reject any or all bidding All invoices must be paid at the closing of the auction. If you plan on paying cash when picking up on the allotted pick up date and time then please notify us at craigauctionsllc@gmail.com so that we will not charge your card on file.
