The sellers, no one acting on their behalf, or Southern Nest Auction Staff will be bidding to increase the bid, or to "protect" items. Individual members of an estate may legally bid to purchase items. We will provide shipping with prior approval via phone or email. All items are sold "As Is", and no warranty is expressed or implied. Per Kentucky Law, the 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be added to the final sales price, including the buyer's premium. Southern Nest Auctioneers and Staff reserve the right to bid on items, but will be doing so as individuals, and NOT to protect items or for the purpose of increasing the final sales price.
