Incomplete Transaction: If the BUYER doesn't honor this agreement, the VENDOR has the right to keep all payments as compensation, and this isn't to be seen as a penalty. Termination Rights: Until the deed's recording, the VENDOR retains the absolute right to terminate this agreement and revoke the sale for any reason.
