Method of Payment: All purchases must be paid in full by Check, Cash, Visa, Discover or Master Card. A 15% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases. An 18% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.
Removal: Items may be picked up on Monday, December 18th, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 7707 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne IN 46825. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased.
Shipping: Shipping will be available through our inhouse shipping department. Upon payment of your invoice and handling fee, your items will be taken to the Shipper, and they will coordinate all aspects of the shipping of your items, for questions regarding shipping, contact Shipping Manager - Rod Fetters at 260-557-8451.
