Local Pickup in Springfield Mo
Pick up date for this auction is Friday 12/01/2023. Pick up time is from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm CST only. Please DO NOT come to pick up your items early or at any other time. We will not be able to assist you.
Please bring your own packing materials and boxes. Local pickup buyers will be responsible for packing their own items with their own packing materials at the pick up location.
Unfortunately we will not be able to hold over any paid items for a future pick up.
There will be no one on site to help with lifting/loading. Please arrange for loading/unloading help if needed.
AB Estate Sales of Missouri LLC and homeowners are not responsible for accidents at the site of the pick up location.
Please do not park in the grass or block driveways and mailboxes.
By accepting our terms and conditions of this auction you realize you are entering into a legal binding contract with AB Estate Sales of Missouri LLC.
Other terms of the auction;
All property is sold in "AS IS'' and "WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc, will be allowed. We do our best to identify and detail our items clearly but are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to update items or pull items/auctions for any reason.
REGISTERING AND/OR BIDDING AUTOMATICALLY CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
Payments will be processed after the auction closes; the card put on file to register for the auction will be used to process your payments. Please make sure your credit/debit card reflects your current card number, exp date, etc info as well as a valid matching address associated with the card you are using to register. We do not store your credit card information. Any changes you make after registering may not be updated.
If you do not pick up your items on Friday 12/01/2023 by 6:30 pm CST you will forfeit the items, you will not receive a refund, and will be charged the cost of the items and all fee’s. Items will then be donated or relisted in another upcoming auction.
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final!
4. Buyer authorizes AB Estate Sales of Missouri LLC to charge buyers Credit/Debit card for the buyers total purchase and fees.
