Here is a great chance to pick up some last minute deals before Christmas. The lots include nightstands, dressers, unique items, lego sets and several airsoft guns.
All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied. DVDs, Blu-Rays, CD's, etc have not been checked. All bids are a legally binding contract between the buyer and auctioneer. By bidding on any lot, the buyer agrees to pay the high bid price, buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Failure to pay for lots purchased will result in buyers being banned from future auctions. High Country Auction Company makes not guarantees as to the condition of any lot. All descriptions are based on consignors information and our physical inspection. Buyer is responsible for inspecting any lots they choose to bid on. The credit card will be charged for all invoices totaling $2,500 or less within 24 hours of the auction close. For more than $2,500 the buyer must pay by echeck within 24 hours of auction close. Buyer must notify the auctioneer before the close of the auction is shipping is required. Shipping is not available for every lot. Buyer is responsible for verifying the listing notes shipping is available prior to bidding. All shipping will be handled by a third party. They will contact you after the close of the auction. No refunds will be made for items that can not be shipped. Refunds will not be issued for items not claimed during the pickup times.auctions. All items being picked up will be charged Colorado Springs sales tax.

Payment Terms
The credit card used to register for the auction will be charged for all invoices totaling $2,500 or less. Cards will be charged within 24 hours of auction close. For invoices over $2,500, payment must be made by electronic transfer, as outlined on the invoice, by 2:00 p.m. on the Friday following the auction close. There will be a $25.00 charge for declined credit cards and you may be banned from bidding in future auctions. All declined charges must be paid by electronic transfer by 2:00 p.m. on the Friday following the auction close. Cash will not be accepted at pickup.
All items must be picked up during the checkout days and times, unless prior arrangements have been made. Items not picked up by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, and prior arrangements have not been made, will be subject to storage fees, per lot, of $5.00/day for smalls, $15.00/day for furniture sized lots and $25.00/day for vehicles, power sports, etc. All storage fees must be paid in cash when the lots are claimed. Any lot left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and become property of the auctioneer. No refunds on abandoned lots. If you need shipping, please notify us prior to the auction close so you are charged the proper sales tax. No refunds on sales tax if you fail to notify the auctioneer shipping is needed prior to your card being charged. All shipping will be completed by a third party shipper and will be paid directly to them. Our shipping partner is . They will contact you with shipping options and prices. All items to be shipped will typically be delivered to the shipper within 7 days of the auction close.
