This is an online only timed auction. The highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. Auction will be open for bidding from the time of posting until Tuesday, December 12th at 5:00 PM Central Time. Items will begin a "soft close" starting at 5:00 PM Central Time on December 12 th. Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from advancing the bid.

Instead, credit card on file with HiBid will be ran at the conclusion of the auction. We will not have staff available at time of pickup to accept payment. All Buyers will pay the price of the individual item plus an additional 10% buyer premium. Any invoice paid with a credit card will be charged an additional 4% credit card convenience fee. All items are subject to sales tax. If you do not receive an email with your invoice within 24 hours of the close of the auction, please notify us by calling Brandon at 308-760-6991. Please keep in mind that sometimes emails may be delivered to your junk/spam folder. Please note we are unable to and will not provide a shipping estimate prior to the auction. We have no way of estimating shipping costs without having the item packaged ready for shipping.
Auction Software used by Riverside Auction and Sales will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. Be sure you know what you are bidding on prior to placing a bid. Our staff tries to take clear concise photos of the individual lots, however, sometimes other lot items photos can be displayed in the background of of a lot.
Most item descriptions were provided to the auction company from the seller. Riverside Auction & Sales will not be at fault for any incorrect advertising or item descriptions.
Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Riverside Auction and Sales
