• By registering and accepting a bidder number online, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with Maverick 13 Auctions.
• When registering you will be required to provide your credit card number. Your credit card number will be retained and charged for your purchase if shipping is desired after the closing time of the auction. You may also choose to have your card on file charged during settlement. An additional convenience fee of 3.75% will be added for credit or debit cards. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, And Discover.
• All articles offered "AS IS, WHERE IS" by lot, individually, or in groups, as described in the online catalog.
• Buyer's premium of 5% will be added to each lot purchased.
•Sales tax charged on all lots except titled vehicles and currency.
• You will be notified by email invoice if you are the winning bidder. Email invoices will be sent out within 24 hours of the auction close and will show the total purchase amount due, including taxes and buyer's premium. If shipping is desired, these costs will be calculated after packaging and charged in a separate transaction to your credit card on file and include a reasonable handling fee for materials & labor.
• Bid increments: $2.50 to 47.50 increment is $2.50. $50.00 to $95.00 increment is $5.00. $100.00 to $240.00 increment is $10.00. $250.00 to $975.00 increment is $25.00. $1000.00 to $2450.00 is $50.00 and $2500.00 and above increments are $100.00.
• This auction utilizes staggered and soft-close features. With “staggered close” lots do not close all at the same time; one lot will close every 20 seconds. You can follow the clock of each lot to know the scheduled closing time of any particular lot. “Soft close” is when a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last minute before a lot is scheduled to close, if this happens the time will be extended on that lot by 1 minute. This will continue until a full minute passes without a new bid on that lot.
• Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full.
• Removal of items: the buyer is solely responsible for the removal of their purchases. All lots must be removed within the times noted online. Any lots not picked up or have not had other arrangements made by 5 days after the auction, forfeit ownership of the items to the consignor and may be re-sold.
• Shipping: is available at the buyer’s expense, for smaller items marked “shipping available”. If you would like item/items shipped, you will need to notify Maverick 13 Auctions by email at auctions@maverick13.com. There will be a reasonable packaging/handling fee, plus shipping freight cost, as well as a 3.75% CC surcharge (applied only to shipping/handling costs). Once your items are packaged, weighed, and measured we will charge these costs to the credit card you have on file with HiBid. You will receive an email showing the packaging/handling fee, and the shipping freight cost, and your tracking number. Maverick 13 Auctions is not liable for damage to your item/items in shipping, if you require insurance on your shipment, you must let us know prior to packaging and we will add this to your shipping invoice. We ship via USPS or UPS on a discounted platform, whichever is most cost effective.
• Bidder with a poor history of paying or picking up purchases with HiBid, or with Maverick 13 Auctions will be denied bidding privileges.
• All Titled items will require successful deposit of verified funds to Maverick 13 Auctions before titles will be mailed. Cash payment on settlement day will result in immediate delivery of title.
• All credit card payments may be limited by dollar amount at the discretion of Maverick 13 Auctions and a wire transfer required for delivery of goods.
