If you are a new bidder to our auction, you may be asked to sign a contract via email or via our Square Account when making payment. You will need to supply a copy of your driver's license and sign a No Charge Backs contract. Your issuing bank is not allowed to hold our payment money hostage. Terms: THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION.   Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. JSI Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.  Tax will be added at the rate of 7% unless you send a completed tax exempt form PRIOR to the auction OR on pickup (includes all out of state bidders where your state is on the steam lined tax app). If your state does not require us to pay tax to them, you will have the tax removed (by request). All others MUST fill out a tax exempt form for business resale.     ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!! We try our best to call things by the right pattern etc., but it is up to you to research things yourself. WE ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. If I say something is Wexford and the pattern is actually Waterford, you should have researched it yourself!!! You the bidder should make the call as to what the item is, otherwise we would have to list by photo only with no description. Once you leave, the item is yours. Items shipped, if you find damage, you must report it to me within 48 hours of the tracking number showing delivered. Declined cards will receive a Square Request for payment (check your email) by 11 am, the day after the auction. This request will include the invoice amount and the $25.00 handling fee. This must be paid by 9 am the day after the request is received. If not paid, your account will be blocked from future bidding on Hi-Bid auctions. SHIPPING: NO NEED TO CALL. If you are out of state, we automatically assume you will need shipping. DO NOTHING BUT WAIT.
