The descriptions of all items shown in the Catalogue are believed to be accurate, but not warranted. All items are sold on an "As is, Where is" basis. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to reject any bid. A Buyers Premium of 5% will be charged on the purchase price of each item. We accept cash, interac e-transfer (preferred method of payment), Mastercard, Visa, or personal cheque with proper ID. SOFT CLOSE: At the closing date and time indicated for this Auction, items will start to close at 10 second intervals. If a new bid is submitted within the last 3 minutes of closing on any item, the closing time for that item will automatically be extended by 3 minutes, until no more new bids are submitted.

This is a Charity Auction with no tax being charged. We accept E-transfer (preferred method of payment), Mastercard, Visa, cash or cheque (with proper ID)
The day following the Auction closing, an Invoice will be e-mailed to successful bidders. The following arrangements regarding Pickup or Shipment of your items will be included again with your Invoice. A: PICK-UP Items can be picked up Saturday, December 2nd, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, or Sunday, December 3rd, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. PAYMENT by E-TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD MUST BE MADE BEFORE PICKUP Please phone (613-822-1457) prior to pickup to arrange an approximate time. If the above time slots are not possible, please let us know on Friday, to make alternate arrangements. PICK-UP LOCATION: The Maycourt Club of Ottawa at 114A Cameron Ave ( just west of Bank Street) METHODS OF PAYMENT: e-Transfer, MasterCard, Visa, other by prearrangement.
