It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to pick up their items on location after the close of the sale, with scheduled pick-up time. By bidding on an item you are entering into a contract to pay for your purchases. 20% buyer's premium will be added to every purchase, along with New York State sales tax, unless you have a resale form on file. There is a 3% surcharge added to all auction invoices paid by credit card. Purchases over $2,500 are to be paid with cash or check. Any out-of-area purchases below $2,500 must be paid with a credit card before shipment. Purchases over $2,500 must be made with a certified bank check. For new customers purchasing silver, gold, or jewelry, we require payment by check or cash.
