All items are sold as is where is no refunds, returns or exchanges. You are more than welcome to come view the items up for auction November 10th, Friday between 12-5pm at 304 East State Line Fulton KY. All items will be ready pick-up November 26th, Sunday 12-2pm or Friday November 24th 12-5pm. If you are a shipper, you will have 24 hours to email us at Constantauctions@outlook.com to get us your shipping info and pay. If items are not picked up by November 26th they will be resold and your IP will be banned. If you are already a customer of ours all you have to do is come in and pick up as normal. No buyers prem. If you are a new customer paying by credit card, venmo, check, CashApp, ect then you will receive a 10% buyers Premium. A new customer paying in house with cash pays no buyers premium. We are in Kentucky so there is a 6% sales tax. If you have a resale number we can put it on file for your next purchase with us but won't be valid for the 1st time as we won't have time to verify and put it in the computer instantly.
