Lost our lease on the old antique store turned warehouse. Building sold, must vacate in 2 weeks. All items were part of our original store as as such are in good saleable condition.
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. CAMERON AUCTION HOUSE Sales will attempt to describe each item accurately to the best of our ability. Item descriptions should not be the sole determining factor when purchacing an item. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinable factor. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. We reserve the right to remove items from the sale or reject a bid at any time prior to closing of the lot. A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the Hammer price for each lot sold.
