Bulkheads are complete The car carries THREE (3) Brakewheels! Has four (4) metal stakes along the sides of the car Car is red plastic with black plastic bulkheads Metal wheels Metal trucks Lionel automatic knuckle couplers No breaks. No cracks. Items from last sale continue over. New items added until last day of Sale. All out of state buyers will automatically get thier item shipped following the close of the sale. We will charge a 5% fee for non-payment.
