We will ship smaller orders and items. These will be shipped USPS/UPS. IF YOU PURCHASE A FIREARM OR ITEM NEEDING SHIPPING TO AN FFL DEALER YOU WILL NEED TO GET THIS INFORMATION EMAILED TO THE AUCTION HOUSE AT vicaryauctions@gmail.com, by Monday, November 20, 2023 so we will have that info for shipping purposes. We ask that you be sure you have the funds in your account so payments for items and shipping can be ran as needed. All Items purchased will need to be paid for before shipping will be figured. If you purchase a firearm of any kind you must provide the Auction House with a copy of the license from the FFL dealer we will be shipping the item to. Please have those ready to send as we will only be available to ship items for a short time after the auction. After that time frame we will have moved on to the next business on the calendar. Once your balance has been satisfied we will then figure the shipping with USPS/UPS, then shipping cost must be paid before we ship the item. HIBID will pass your credit card information on to us, unpaid invoices will be sent when the auction has ended. Credit cards will be ran as soon as possible for items purchased and then again for shipping cost when that is firgured. If items are not paid for Vicary Auctions reserves the right to block unpaid bidders from bidding in future auctions. Please be aware that unpaid invoices will be sent at auction completion and all bidders have been downloaded from the Hibid bidding sight. The majority of our items will sell with no reserve; however, there are times that a reserve may be necessary. Your credit card will be ran starting on Monday, November 20, 2023 for items won during auction and shipping will be ran after items are paid and shipping is then figured. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR GUN AUCTIONS 1. Must be 21 years of age to purchase a Hand Gun Must be 18 years of age to purchase a Shot Gun 2. Any Gun with only a pistol grip is considered a Hand Gun and you must be 21 to purchase 3. No Straw Purchases. A Straw Purchase is: a straw purchase is when the actual buyer of a firearm is unable to pass the required federal background check, or does not want his or her full name associated with the purchase, and has someone else who can pass the required background check purchase the firearm for him or her. Whoever purchases a gun is the person who's name it will be registered in and the person who's name the background check will be done under. 4. If for ANY reason the auctioneer feels a straw purchase is being committed, you will forfeit both the gun and monies for that purchase. 5. NO FOREIGN SALES: Vicary Auctions will not make sales to or ship to any bidders or purchasers outside of the United States. 6. All items must be paid for in full before shipping will be figured. 7. Transfer fees are yours to take care of with your receiving FFL Dealer. 8. CONDITION OF FIREARMS & KNIVES: Vicary Auctions makes no waranties or representations whatsoever and no employee or consultant of Vicary Auctions has the authority to do otherwise, concerning the operation of firing condition, fitness for use, safety to store, or reliability, of any firearm, ammunition, or parts. Use of any firearm or ammunition purchased is eniterly at the user's risk. Vicary Auctions offers for sale the lots as "collector" lots only. Vicary Auctions strongly recommends that all weapons, ammunition, etc purchased at auction be examined by a competent gunsmith. Vicary Auctions expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury or damage resulting to any person from the storage or subsequent use of any such lot. 9. SHIPPING: all shipping and handling will be performed by Vicary Auctions along with the United States Postal Service. All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. All firearms shipped from Vicary Auctions shall be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. Purchaser is responsible for supplying Vicary Auctions with a copy of the FFL Dealer License where being shipped. All fees will be collected prior to shipment. Insurance is based off the price of the item and purchaser is responsible for this fee as well. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE, ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS". NEITHER VICARY AUCTIONS NOR THE CONSIGNOR MAKES ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS OR CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY OR AS TO THE CORRECTNESS OF DESCRIPTION, GENUINENESS, ATTRIBUTION, PROVENANCE OR PERIOD OF THE PROPERTY. ALL FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION ARE SOLD AS COLLECTOR LOTS ONLY. FITNESS TO FIRE OR OTHERWISE DISCHARGE THE ARM OR AMMUNITION IS EXPRESSLY DENIED BY VICARY AUCTIONS. A COMPETENT GUNSMITH SHOULD BE CONSULTED BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO USE OR FIRE ANY FIREARM OR AMMUNITION. THE PURCHASER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL VICARY AUCTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 11. IF YOU PURCHASE A GUN AND DO NOT PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ANY MONEY FOR ANY ITEM REQUIRING A BACKGROUND CHECK PAID TO THE AUCTION HOUSE. IF YOU THINK YOU WILL NOT PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK DO NOT BID ON A GUN!!! 12. BEFORE RECEIVING A GUN THE BACKGROUND CHECK MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED BY YOUR RECEIVING FFL DEALER! 13. If you are an FFL Dealer you will need to provide a copy of your License to transfer the gun to your business 14. The auctioneer has the right to refuse a bid from anyone for any reason including anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This choice is completely at the AUCTIONEERS discretion 15. If you purchase black powder weapons there is no background check. If you purchase both black powder and a firearm requiring a background check and do not pass the check we will not sell you any of the firearms and you are forfeiting all monies paid. 16. You must provide a Legal Drivers License or Photo ID. Green Cards and work visas are not acceptable forms of identification. ADDRESS ON YOUR IDENTIFICATION MUST MATCH THE ADDRESS ON THE BACKGROUND CHECK FORM. 17. PLEASE KNOW THE LAWS FROM YOUR STATE. IF YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT IS NOT LEGAL TO SHIP TO YOUR STATE YOU FORFEIT YOUR MONIES.
