NOTE- If you do not pickup your items duing the listed pickup times you will forfeit them, unless shipping is needed or you have spoken to the auction co. We are only at the home during the pickup times. ALL BUYERS are required to bring help to load their items. If you need help, bring help. All KKA personnel will be locating items for other buyers.

All shipping will be done by a 3rd party shipping company of our choice. Once your items are safely dropped off with the shipping company, they will handle every step after that. The shipping company will contact you for card/payment and other information if needed. All shipping and other fees will need to be paid before the package will be sent. After payment is made with the shipping company, they will email you a tracking number, along with an invoice of the charges. If a buyer does not pay for the shipping fees within 1 week of the shipping companies first contact date, you will forefit the items purchased and the payment for those items.
