No refunds will be issued if you fail to attend pickup to retrieve your items. Winning bidders will be charged a $10 restorcking fee for EACH unclaimed lot. You must provide your own tools, boxes, packing materials, labor and transportation to facilitate safe removal of your item(s). Plan accordingly for large or bulky items. Loading assistance for large or bulky items is available for $20 per item; cash only. Lionsgate Auctions will not be liable for any damages created or incurred by you upon the pickup or transport of your item(s). All buyers must have a paid receipt from Lionsgate Auctions at time of pickup. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a paid receipt at that time. Be prepared to show identification to pick up your item(s). Purchases will be released upon presentation of proof of payment. Any lot may be removed from the auction at any time until paid for. Currency, jewelry, silver, precious metals, gemstones, and motor vehicles / boats must be paid for with cash or bank wire transfer only. If merchandise belonging to a purchaser is lost by fire, theft, damage or any other reason, prior to the purchaser taking possession within the specified period, the liability of Lionsgate Auctions shall be limited to the actual amount paid for the same at the auction wherein it was acquired and shall in no event include any incidental or consequential damages. Shipping charges will be the total of actual shipping company charges, plus material costs (box, bubble wrap), plus a $15 handling fee. Shipping invoices must be paid within 72 hours or the items will be considered unclaimed. The card on file will be charged for your unclaimed items and they will not be shipped. PREVIEW It is recommended that all prospective bidders examine carefully all items in which they have an interest. While every effort is made to disclose known defects or imperfections, we are unable to guarantee the condition of any item. Please inspect all items prior to bidding. No returns or refunds. Everything is sold "as is" and “where is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. All sales are final. BIDDING You must be 18 years old or older to bid in any auction. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. Bidders must register for each auction separately. Your bid must adhere to the bid increment schedule. Bids do not include the buyer’s premium, taxes, handling fees, or shipping costs. All items are subject to local sales tax. A buyer's premium will be added to each lot won. By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Once a bid has been submitted, it cannot be retracted or changed. It is your responsibility to understand the pickup and delivery options and costs for each item before you place your bid. All bids are shown in US dollars and all taxes, shipping, and handling charges are additional. A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has read these conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them. At the scheduled closing date and time of a sale, lots will begin to close one lot at a time with 30 seconds between each lot closing. When an item receives a bid with less than three (3) minutes remaining until closing, the close time will be reset to three (3) minutes from the time that bid is placed and will continue to reset to three (3) minutes with each newly placed bid. The item will not close until three (3) minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity. Bidder agrees to hold Lionsgate Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants. Lionsgate Auctions is not responsible for technology or internet issues. We recommend bidding early and placing a max bid. Lionsgate Auctions owners, employees and consignors reserve the right to bid on any items in auction. Lots may be auctioned with reserve, and auctioneer may advance the bidding on behalf of the seller's reserve without further notice. A buyer’s premium will be added to the successful bids. Shipping fees will be charged separately from your invoice once the cost is determined. No items may be removed until payment is made in full. Sales tax of 8.25% will be added unless the buyer has provided a signed Sales Tax Resale Certificate or Exemption Certificate for this auction. Any items not picked up at the end of the pickup period will be considered abandoned. EACH abandoned lot WILL be assessed a $10 restocking fee. At the close of the designated pick up time, outstanding invoices / abandoned lots will be processed using the credit card on file. Lionsgate Auctions reserves the right to resell the items to a back-up bidder without notice or, in its sole and absolute discretion, resell or dispose of abandonded lots. Lionsgate Auctions reserves the right to make unlimitied attempts to charge any payment option you have on file and/or to report your account to collections for the combined total of the original invoice amount and/or any moving, disposal, and/or restocking charges and you will be responsible for any charges incurred by Lionsgate Auctions in collecting your payment, including, but not limited to nsf fees, labor, certifiied mail, etc.
