*Black Powder Guns DO NOT require a FFL and can be shipped directly to the buyer
**You must be able to pass a Federal background check to purchase any firearms in this Auction. You must be 21 years of age to purchase hand guns and 18 to purchase long guns. If you are out of state and will need a gun shipped, it will be shipped to a local fire arms dealer in your area and you must provide the FFL dealers name and license to us prior to shipping. All guns will be shipped through the US Mail and will be insured for the purchased amount. All shipments will be charged $15 for packing and handling plus the amount of actual shipping cost, multiple purchases will be combined if possible to save you on shipping.
