Sales tax of 8.75% will be charged on all taxable items, UNLESS purchaser is Tax Exempt and has it on file with Benz Enterprises Auctions. Payment will be made at time of pickup. SOFT CLOSE - item bidding will be extended by 2 minutes when there is bidding activity at time of close. This is a Local Pickup Only Auction ALL successful bidders must come during set pickup hours.
