It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all lots and bid accordingly. No allowances or refunds will be given. 3. Inspection is by appointment only. All lots are subject to 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax. If your purchases are tax exempt you must provide a valid Pennsylvania resale certificate prior to checkout.
