SHIPPING:
Invoices are sent with shipping cost. S+H to be determined on your winnings. All items needed to be shipped will be shipped within two weeks after payment is received.

Items must be picked up during scheduled pick up times or else items will be returned to auction company. This does not pertain to vehicles. We will work with your shipper and be flexible for pick ups.

Buyer is responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. In person inspection highly recommended. Once bid has been placed, bidder has enacted a contract to pay for their winning bids. Belle City Resale reserves the right to pursue all legal avenues to ensure buyer fulfils said contract. If buyer is unsure of what they are bidding on... DO. NOT. BID!!!
Belle City Resale will not honor mistakes.
Buyers Terms:
Automobiles/Tractors - 10% buyer's premium is added to winning lots.
All other auction lots - 15% buyer's premium is added to winning lots.
Wisconsin State sales tax applies to all orders being picked up. Excludes automobiles but applies to tractors.
Paypal Inc. invoices will be sent the following day after auction close.
Ways To Pay: Directly through Paypal Inc invoice, wire transfer, cashier's check or cash upon pick up.
Paypal invoices are sent to the email registered through Hibid. Once email is received, you will have the option to enter any debit/credit card to pay for invoice.
Payment is expected to be made within 48 hours from auction closing. If payment is not received, the card on file with Hibid will be automatically charged.
Winning auctions need to be picked up during scheduled pick-up times. Items not picked up during those times will be forfeited.
No refunds/credits will be given.
All sales are final.
All items are sold as is-where is with no guarantee or warranty of any sort.
Unpaying bidders will be reported to Hibid, blacklisted and denied participating in any other Belle City Resale auctions. A negative will also be left on customers’ Hibid account resulting in other auctions denying them as well.
As with all used products, some vehicles may come with issues, including cosmetics and minor mechanical issues. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect prior to purchase.
